    I enjoy giving homemade baked goodies to my friends and family and coworkers. I also enjoy volunteering as a reading tutor. It's a great way to show teachers and kiddos you love them and their efforts!

    I love doing random acts of kindness, for example: heart attacking a classroom, sending a note in the mail, doorbell ditching a treat at someones house, giving hugs, acting like a complete moron to make someone smile and laugh, etc. It makes me feel better to be of service and show love like that!

    I have been expressing my love by leaving little gifts and notes for my daughter and husband from Feb 1st-Valentine's day to tell them all the ways I love them. I love leaving little gifts for people!

    I express love by telling others how much they mean to me often. My husband and I race to send each other a sweet email for the other to find when they get to work. I try and tell my children (sadly throught text message as its the ONLY way they every hear me these days!) how thankful I am that they belong to me!

    I love to find little gifts for the people I love. Even if it is just a soda, candy bar, specific brand of pen or pencil, or even a book or magazine. I love to pick those up and surprise people, for no reason at all!

    How do I show love? I think it depends on the person. I find myself reflecting on giving my all to my daughter, making home a happy place for my husband to come home to, and just praying for genuine love to be shown to those who need it!

    What an amazing giveaway...you all are so generous!!! The main way that I express love is through quality time (which interestingly is the same way I feel loved). I really try to be present in every moment with my hubby, boys, and other loved ones. I think giving them my undivided attention helps them see how important they are to me.

    My husband and I like to celebrate Valentine's Day and each other all year long. Small notes, small gifts, spending quality time together are just some of the ways we do that. With my students, I strive to consistently give meaningful affirmations to each of them and encourage them to do the same. For Valentine's Day each student makes a homemade Valentine with an affirmation for each classmate. It is so special.

    I've found over the years, that the best thing I can do for those I love (especially when they are struggling with something) is to just really, truly listen and respond with thoughtful questions versus trying to find a way to fix things.     I love what has become a tradition in my classroom to show some love. On Fridays, we have "High Five or Hug" time. Before they leave for the weekend or a long break, my kids give me a high five or a hug. They love it and NEVER let me forget!

    I love giving little "pick-me-ups" to others... just brightening up someone's day makes you feel good! Also planning special activities and little classroom rewards for my kiddos- seeing their eyes light up is the best- and the many hugs from first graders are a bonus!

    I like to express love by spending quality time with the people I care about and by giving sentimental gifts. Each Valentine's Day, which happens to be my 'dating' anniversary with my fiancé, I make him a photo book of pictures we took together throughout the year and add words from the heart. He will be receiving his 6th one tomorrow, which will be extra special because this is the last year we will celebrate the day we started dating and instead be celebrating the day we got married :)

    I try to show love in all I do all year round. I love my husband, daughter, and grand children. Add to that my wonderful dog and cats, the children I teach, and many of my friends and family.     I show love by taking an extra minute to brighten someone's day. Give a smile, tell a joke, ask how they are (and wait for a real answer) or even draw a picture on the note to the librarian when I take books when she is away from her desk. Just a little extra time to show someone I care.

    I show love in many ways, like most people, but my favorite, and easiest, way to show love is by smiling and saying hello to any and everyone I pass. You never know what a smile may mean to a stranger. Smiles are contagious and help the soul shine. :)
